On 23rd March 2011 Jeffrey Richter came to SoftCompass for visiting and chatted with the staff to share personal experience. The employees were excited about having such opportunities to do face to face interactions with the respectable Microsoft Technology Master. Jeffrey did a brief introduction in the beginning talking about his first publish was an article about Windows not by purpose. He stressed that his success was totally by accident but after we heard about his experience of learning new technology we know better how success comes about. To read great number of documentary and technique video and doing experiment to test is his way to learn. In addition, it’s his nature that always looking for the next to embrace and become expert drive him to do so. Hardworking and a goal make you success, Jeffrey hint us so.

When we are referring his hobby and spare time consumption, he smiled and mentioned the university life experience. He has a airplane driving license which spent his one year on passing this exam. He is a big fan of Jazz, playing keyboard and drum sometimes. These pieces of description vividly picture a passionate Jeffrey in front of us.

Jeffrey Richter is the co-founder of Wintellect which is doing IT training the same with our company. We have great common to share. Jeffrey appraised highly of our education concept and dream.
