Training Cases- SSE Product Manager Onsite Training 2012.5.12-13
- From May 11th to 13th, PM-China has hold an onsite corporate training for Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) . The training was cut in two part as on the company’s demand. During two day, one of our trainer Mr. Jin gave a training about “Product Design Advanced level” and the last day Mr. SU gave a training about “Product Innovation and Practice advanced level”. To beginning the training, instructors have taught the professional standard and then got into the company’s industry characteristics. The training was illustrated with Internet cases going from the product design, interface and user experience. Cases allowed students to deepen understand the product design theories. Besides that they learned about innovation and even more about micro innovation practices and development. During this 3 days training, attendees have actively participate in the discussion so the interaction was really good. For the feedback, attendees graded really well the training and they hope to participate in further in depth training.
- Agilent C# NET Basis Training 2012.4.11-13
- Jason Li gave a training about “c#.NET Basis Training” at Agilent from April 11th to 13th, 2012. As for a relevant and productive training, the two companies set up a customized training to exactly match with Agilent team’s need. That was a great success as the Agilent team was very satisfied of the training, and they are all looking forward the next training!
- SoftCompass in Win 8 Training Camp 2012.3.23-24
- SoftCompass has been chosen to be part of the trainers for Windows 8 Training Camp.The consultant Jason Li had given a 2 days training in Beijing for different companies.The aims were to introduce Windows 8, make people familiar with the new tool and taught them specific Windows 8's skills.Jason Li also gave two lectures“Windows Metro Application development platform"and“Windows Metro Application: technical tools for developers”
- Decent Android Onsitetraining 2012.3.23-24
- On March 24th, 2012, Decent Investment had an onsite training about “Android Application Development”. Mr. Yang, the instructor, had given a detailed and in-depth training to understand the development process such as: the component model of Android, the analytic structure of an Apps, the task and process model. Besides that the course was also a lot about interaction, which make the training even more worthwhile for the students. After the training, Decent Investment and SoftCompass had a feedback talk , and we took into consideration their future needs for the next training. Decent Investment was satisfied, and we are all looking forward a next cooperation!
- Reuters .NET Training 2012.3.14-16
- From April 14th to 16th,2012 Jason Li gave an advanced onsite training at Reuters. The requirement of Reuters about .NET course was specific so we had an in-depth communication in order to set up a customized training to achieve Reuters training’s aim.The training was a great satisfaction and both SoftCompass and Reuters are looking forward the next one.
- IGT Design Pattern Advanced Training 12.16.2010
- Invited by IGT (Beijing), SoftCompass made a two-days training schedule topics on Design Pattern. 50 trainees took part in this training and gave greatly positive feedback. Design Pattern is not easy to deliver which is rather abstractive, while Jason makes this course interesting enough to have trainees understood easily. He demonstrated lots of examples by coding. The questions raised have been explained well.
- ECI (China) C++ Advanced Training 11.30.2010
- In late December 2010, Mr Hou Jie delivered a 3-days C++ Training for ECI’s employees. Both SoftCompass and ECI have prepared ahead for this training in order to deliver high quality training. Trainees are all excited about having such a precious chance to hear lessons from the world top level C++ training. They obtained great sense and knowledge of C++ objectives models, C++ memory management and performance tuning.
- Mercer ASP.NET Ajax Advanced Training 11.26.2010
- For Mercer’s IT team, SoftCompass helps them to design a training package corresponding to the web development and enterprise management system development t requirement through both on-site training and classroom training. ASP.NET 4.0 Ajax has been delivered firstly impressing a lot as the trainer has a lot sense of humor and being good at interaction during class. The background of the trainees has all been grasped by him, which is really important to position training delivery depth and width.
